Can we say he didn't know any better?
After the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, some of the ten senators planning to take a stand against voters in some states over the way they confirmed their electors votes..some of them decided to change their position.
Six did not, and will have that decision on their record forever, shall we say like a football loss that remains on the books?
Here are the six Republican senators who voted to sustain the objection:
- Sen. Ted Cruz
- Sen. Josh Hawley
- Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith
- Sen. Roger Marshall
- Sen. John Kennedy
- Sen. Tommy Tuberville
The objection raised against Arizona's electoral votes failed overwhelmingly in the Senate, 93-6.
