NDO fails in Montgomery City Council

 

 

 The proposed Non-Discrimination-Ordinance was rejected on a 5-4 vote tonight.

 

 

VOTING FOR: Council members Clay McInnis (District 7), Oronde Mitchell (District 6), CC Calhoun (District 5) and Marche Johnson (District 3).

VOTING AGAINST: Jim Pruitt (District 8), Charles Jinright (District 9), Brantley Lyons (District 2), Ed Grimes (District 1), and Audrey Graham (District 4).
