It's been two and a half years since The City of Montgomery decided to do away with it's coin parking meters, requiring people instead to use an app on their smart phones to pay for their parking.
Older people who a) don't have a "smart" phone or b) don't want to mess with the technology, will have to go park in a deck...not park at all...or accept a ticket.
