...as to why the Montgomery weather sirens went off TWICE this morning at about 3:30AM...with NO sign of any severe weather....
Today is the first Wednesday of the month, the day when sirens are usually tested (during the day!).
Did some forget to call for the test to run at 3:30 PM?
