They're trying to avoid Putin's new military draft of 200k+ young russian men to fight in his war against the democracy-seeking Ukrainians.
Maybe Putin can enlist Candace to record Russian-patriot messages to encourage them to battle against Ukraine?
Perhaps Faulkner can help her too...they've already paid her an unknown speaker's fee, why not also collect donations for Putin during her visit there?
