A story this morning from Winter Haven Florida reminded me how innocent attempts to help a neighbor can be misinterpreted these days and get you killed!
A man and his teen son were alerted to a potential crime by one of those omnipresent doorbell cameras. They thought someone was trying to break into a nearby apartment. In reality a man has triggered the camera by hanging a miss-delivered package onto the correct apartment door. That prompted the man and son to go after a nearby car in which a woman was sitting, shooting at it. Nobody was hit, but lots of charges filed.

I mention the story only because this past week a magazine was miss-delivered to my address and I walked it over the the correct address. Be careful folks! Well-intentioned actions can get you killed!
