A New American in Alabama!!!

 A man who had just been sworn in as an American citizen came up to me on the steps of the Alabama Capitol Building in Montgomery, waving a flag and holding out his citizenship certificate with obvious pride!

 The visitors I was escorting on a tour of the Capitol Building...and I!...applauded him and his new status.
