Will there be any protestors at the GOP debate on the campus of the University of Alabama on December 6th in Tuscaloosa?
From a UA statement about the event:
"As a public institution, UA promotes free speech and facilitates numerous opportunities for civil discourse and presentation of ideas. Our campus is honored to serve as a neutral site for the debate, and hosting the event is not an endorsement of any candidate or political party."
There are several Democratic groups on the UA campus. I've emailed them asking if they plan to have any presence and/or conduct any protests at the GOP event in December.
