Alabama Residents HATE lotteries.

 

They must, since the people they repeatedly vote for repeatedly vote against even ALLOWING a public vote on it. That's right, YOUR legislators refuse to let YOU vote on the issue of starting a state lottery.

We are now one of two U.S. States that has no lottery. The other is Nevada, which has so many other forms of gambling is almost the state's middle name.
