...they'll be fewer of them when the newest VERY precise clocks arrive:

“Imagine a wristwatch that wouldn’t lose a second even if you left it running for billions of years,” NIST and JILA physicist Jun Ye said in Wednesday’s announcement. “While we’re not quite there yet, this research brings us closer to that level of precision.”

 ...uh, and what for? Letting someone know exactly when your rocket will arrive in a yet to be discovered planet a billion light-years away...with you on board? 

Here's an idea...become the first state capitol to install a nuclear clock...replacing the one in the front of the capitol building that always seems be be off!
