 I see grammatical errors everywhere online.

One of the most common is the use of "that" instead of "who" when referring to person. One example is the headline from a story I read today.

 

Moon landing quiz: How quickly can you name all 12 Apollo astronauts that walked on the moon?

(Astronauts are PEOPLE. People WHO walked on the moon.)
