George Wallace an Obama supporter????

So says Wallace's daughter in a commentary she's written on the CNN website. There are a lot of comments left by readers, including one that says G.W. would not have voted for Obama, not because of his race, but because Obama "does not have the christianity or the concern for our country's safety from terrorism". Ms. Wallace-Kennedy writes that her Father came to understand the "suffering" he caused by promoting a "policy of exclusion". Do those who help create an environment in which terrorism can occur bear any responsibility for the bombings and other acts that then happen? And if he had lived, would he have voted for Obama? And if he had offered it, would Obama have accepted an endorsement from the former Governor?
