An Alabama Bad Vibe

An Enterprise resident has filed suit against Vibe magazine, which folded recently. He wants his money back for the issues he didn't get.

    The amount is very small. Someone has said, "The law does not concern itself with trifles."

    However--class action, that's a different story. But lawyer fees will eat up most of the settlement.
