Recommended Reading

     An L.A. Times story quotes  lawyers who worked in the Reagan Administration about the oral arguments over the Health Care Reform law. One says he was...:

"..taken aback by the tone of the arguments. "The 
vehemence they displayed was totally inappropriate. They 
seemed to adopt the tea party slogans..."

     The lawyers argue that the court's conservative justices continue to practice "judicial activism", the rallying cry of the Right for decades against court decisions they didn't like.
