The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has published the results of a national analysis of school systems that identifies a dozen systems with such unexpectedly big improvement in test scores that is almost surely means cheating was happening, like in Atlanta last year. And Mobile Alabama is on the list.
In the Montgomery area, Autauga County, Selma,Wilcox County and Monroe County are listed as having unexpected increases in 10% of the student scores.
Here's the interactive map of those results from the paper.
None of the results prove there was cheating, but the paper's report says it is almost a sure thing in Mobile.
