North Alabama Teen Murder Suspect Captured

     USA Today reports a now 16 year old charged with killing a 14 year old classmate two years ago has been captured in Texas with his mother as the two apparently were fleeing the country. 
     The boy had been released on bond in his parent's custody in 2010, and was to have gone on trial in June.
     He was charged with shooting the classmate in the back of the head in a school hallway for no apparent reason.
