Siegelman

     The news broke late morning out of Washington, the U.S. Supreme Court was declining to hear the appeal of the conviction of Don Siegleman and Richard Scrushy. It means Siegelman will have another sentencing  hearing and will likely go back to jail. Scrushy has all but finished his jail term.
     Even George Will and more than a hundren former State Attorneys General urging the court to hear the appeal did no good.
     No immediate re-sentencing date set.
