Please let this be a Hoax.

     A supposed Alabama fan is raising money online to help Penn State return to "football powerhouse status". 
     Alston Noah out of his mind, or is this some scam/hoax...or a student's thesis project to test a theory.
    Whatever.
    How about raising money for the real victims here, and I don't mean the Penn State fans or team.
