Coal Ash, Four Years Later

     A federal court has ruled that TVA is responsible for the coal ash spill almost four years ago at a coal-fired electric plant in Kingston Tennessee.

     TVA had argued it was because of factors beyond their control, about he only argument they could make if they waned to get out from under the massive clean-up costs and liability expenses.
     Much of that coal ash was transported by rail-car to Perry County, Alabama, to a massive commercial dump, where other suits have been filed as well.
