Cuba + 50

      One of my enduring memories is watching TV coverage of The Cuban Missile Crisis on a Black and White TV in my parents bedroom. 
     I was not quite old enough to fully understand what was happening, but I knew it was NOT good.
        The Associated Press has compiled an interesting report on the 50th anniversary of the crisis, when it seemed to me the end of it all was indeed very close.
