Student Free Speech Rights

     The story is from Logan County, West Virginia, where 8th grade student Jared Marcum wore an NRA shirt with a rifle on it to school.
     Really? An 8th grader? Nobody objects to requiring kids the same age to have an adult with them in malls, but want them to have the right to say or display anything they want in class? Would his Dad agree to a gay rights shirt or KKK shirt?
