Medical Surprise

Wow.
Medicine is doing a much faster job getting heart attack patients to hospitals, but that has not changed the percentage of those patients who die.

    I saw this story in this morning's newspaper.

    The basic flaw is that apparently they didn't count the time between the actual heart attack and the time the person arrives at the ER.
