I let the 6th Anniversary of TimLennox.com pass in November without even a note.
I guess after marking each year for five years, from now on it will be every 5th year? like in 2017 when the site will be a decade old...if I'm still operating and operating it, that is. (-:
- The most visited posting continues to be the item about a program that rates your facial beauty (or lack thereof) by pasting your photo into an online program. It is the all-time ratings champ too...in fact if you Google "Facial beauty test" in quotes, TimLennox.com will come up in as the top or close to the top result. Go figure.
- Easily the biggest posting of 2013 was the obituary about the death of Karanel Ezpeleta, my friend and former Birmingham radio co-worker. Her passing became the 8th most visited posting on the website in the site's history in a matter of weeks, passing some items that have been here for four or five years. You always were good for ratings, Karanel! We miss you dearly.
- For some reason that I can't quite figure out, a post about a proposed underground rail line between Alaska and Russia is the second most popular posting over the years. Sarah Palin is mentioned in the headline, so maybe that's it? Got me.
- I stopped posting the information about the title photo at the top of the site this year....I was forgetting to update the information too frequently, and I figure if anyone is truly interested they'll write.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I did like the commentary about the photos, Tim--especially of places that seem vaguely familiar.
ReplyDeleteAnd glad that the "prove you're not a robot" function is now all numeric.
Ooops--the furnace isn't working and my fingers are freezing! It's Jay Croft, of course.
