It was Wednesday morning when a scaffold-like device collapsed at the "Outer Loop" highway project in Montgomery, sending two workers falling 90 feet to their deaths.The Montgomery Advertiser reports a wrongful-death lawsuit was filed by relatives of one of the two men Friday.
The Beasley Allen firm filed the suit on their behalf.
