Will The U.S. Supreme Court Hear this Alabama Case?

     Some Alabama residents are trying to get the top court in the country to consider Alabama's method of funding education.       
     They hope to convince the court that it is racially discriminatory and was designed to be so.
     It is not a new argument...previous suits ended with lower courts in the state siding with the state. But the plaintiffs believe it is a serious enough case for the U.S. Supreme Court to get involved.
