The Largest per-capita pain prescription writing? Alabama.

     A new study ranks Alabama #1 per capital for prescriptions written for narcotic pain medicines....142.9 prescriptions per 100 people each year. The state with the lowest rate? Hawaii.
     Maybe pain comes more naturally in Alabama than in the tropical islands?
     Yet on the same day, a report ranking Alabama, and the entire South-East as having lower deaths from alcohol abuse,

    And that is true of the "football" too...too European...too "fancy"..not enough hard hits!
