Trickle Up Responsibility

  

   The Fast Food Industry, and any other business with franchises, will spend millions, tens of millions, or more, to overturn a decision by U.S. Labor officials today.
     The National Labor Relations Board decided that the McDonald's Corporation is responsible for the way franchisees treat their employees.
