Another Trial for John Hinkley Junior?

The death of former Reagan Press Secretary James Brady has been ruled a homicide...that his death this week was caused by his shooting in 1981.

Prosecutors say they are reviewing the finding.

Brady and his wife became tireless crusaders for gun control.
