Really. I wonder if it was "Breaking News", the phrase some stations use so often it has diluted the meaning of the word.

Yesterday I attempted to visit a man in a physical rehab facility. I parked in a HC spot, grabbed my quad cane and got out of the car.
The rock salt on the sidewalk actually was like ball bearings. It didn't melt the ice or provide traction.
I got about 8 feet from the car and turned back to the car, without even entering the building.
