Space-nerds like myself have a new way to fill the otherwise productive hours of our lives: we can visit the International Space Station (ISS) via Google Maps, just as we can explore earthbound neighborhoods.
HERE's a link to the ISS using Google maps.
And NASA has an ISS page with tons of info about the station HERE.
That includes a live view of earth from an ISS external camera HERE. Note: it was not operating when I tried this, but I'll check again after this posts on Sunday.
