Vietnam: 60 Years and Tens of Thousands of Deaths Later.

      Today is the 60th anniversary of the first two American deaths in Vietnam. The names of Maj. Dale R. Ruis and Master Sgt. Chester M. Ovnand are the first ones engraved on the Vietnam Memorial in Washington. 
     They were killed by North Vietnamese gunfire in Bien Hoa.
