Several houses between 1200 and 1300 S. Decatur Street in the Montgomery Garden District are being torn down...two on either end of the block between Finley and Burton Streets had already been demolished.
These photos were taken on Thursday. More of the buildings are gone as of today. No indication of what is planned for the site, across from ASU property.
Decatur is a busy commuter street, and there is already significant commercial development along it.
