It was one year go today that I retired...on the 50th anniversary of my first broadcast. My friend and former Alabama Public Television co-worker Bob Corley followed me around for the final newscast at Alabama News Network, capturing it on film. Again, thank you Bob.
The majority of the year has been relaxing and fairly carefree (other than adjusting for those missing twice-monthy paychecks!).....while the end....the Corvid19 months have been a challenge (as they have been for just about everyone!)
