A chemical company named "Autumn Tree, LLC" is building a plant in Prattville.

The AP (story below) reports the company has bought 15 acres of land to build a 9,000- square foot chemical mixing facility and a 750-foot rail spur. The plant will produce chemicals for International Paper and other firms.

You can see the construction permit from ADEM HERE. Below is part of the map included in that permit, which only deals with the construction of the building in an industrial park, not the operation of the plant. And it does not indicate the names of the chemicals the plant with produce.
