and their own heroic salute
to their Captain Crozier,
pushed rudely aside from power,
but standing tall
and resolute
like the ship herself,
20 stories above the water.
He, honoring their stories
and their lives too.
The crew's cheers sliced the air
sabre-like,
exposing the cowardly decision,
and honoring him.
Let us salute their salute

or will we all be fired too?
