(UPDATE: Wow...minutes after I posted this, the governor ordered a statewide mask requirement. Think she saw it? 😊)

Here is a list of Public Health laws that apply statewide.

It is 969 pages long.

If Alabama can't have a statewide mask requirement to fight Covid19 because it would be "unenforceable", please make sure you convince the legislature to abolish all of these statewide public health laws.

And while you are at it, get rid of those unenforceable speed limits. I see people speeding all of the time. They must be unenforceable too.
