Now we know why Trump was rambling about electricity-producing windmill towers killing birds yesterday.
"AOC is a disaster. She wants all fossil fuel out. She wants everything out. She wants wind, which is expensive — kills all the birds. You know, I'm also an environmentalist. But wind is a disaster."
Today a Federal Judge has ruled against a Trump bird-killing reversal of a 100 year old bird-protecting policy:
U.S. District "Judge (Valerie)Caproni’s own words from the opening of today’s ruling: “It is not only a sin to kill a mockingbird, it is also a crime. That has been the letter of the law for the past century. But if the Department of the Interior has its way, many mockingbirds and other migratory birds that delight people and support ecosystems throughout the country will be killed without legal consequence.”
