Why are the news stories about Lee County District Attorney Brandon Hughes being indicted failing to mention he is a Republican?
In fact his online bio leaves it out as well.
Just askin'.
AL.COM (which does not mention Hughes party) reports Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall will not take part in the prosecution:
"...Marshall recused himself from this investigation and prosecution because of his previous service alongside Hughes in the Alabama District Attorneys Association."
Really? All of Alabama's 40+ D.A.'s are members of that Association. Most, if not all, are members of the Alabama Bar Association as well, would that count?
