Has "People" Magazine Lost it?

 

 From their current issue in a story about this Thursday's full Moon:

"When to Look for the "Wolf Moon"

Experts say that the best time to see the full Moon will be at moonrise or moonset, as the Moon will be too bright at its peak for people to look at."

 Huh? 

Perhaps they've laid off too many editors, especially the ones with a science background. Even through a telescope, viewing the full moon could not be "too bright" for people to look at.
