"Mandatory binding arbitration" is a pro-business anti-consumer trick to convince consumers to give up their right to sue. I once walked away from a major auto purchase after having said multiple times leading up to my agreement to buy the vehicle that I would not sign any arbitration agreement, only to be confronted with one at the time of signing.
I've never filed a suit in my life...and may never do so. But I will not give up my right to do so in exchange for an unfair arbitration when I have a dispute about a large purchase.
