The Montgomery Art Guild Regions Bank Exhibit opens next week

 This is one of my two photos that were juried in this year!

      This is the Freedom Rides Museum reflected in the windshield of a restored bus of the same era as the ones that carried Freedom Riders to the South to help desegregate mass transit, including bus stations.

     When the riders arrived at the Montgomery station, police were intentionally looking the other way, allowing Klansmen to attack the riders.

The exhibit opens at the Regions Bank upper lobby at 201 Monroe Street on Tuesday, September 14, from 9:00 am till 4:30 weekdays.
