     I've already written about the outrageous expense of computer printer ink.

     Now scientists have developed a way, perhaps, to make the ink basically free.  

A story in www.endgadget includes this statement about the "living ink":

The ink could even manufacture itself in the right circumstances. Take that ink exploiting companies!
