If you have toured the Alabama Capitol Building, you may have seen this wood replica of the first Capitol building in "Cahawba".
It was built by O.V. Shedd....the uncle of Alabama State Rep Randall Shedd, who represents House District 11.
We're sorry to report that the elder Shedd...O.V. Shedd...had died. Rep. Shedd tells me he passed on Wednesday morning. I don't have funeral details yet, but will add them when I do.
HERE are the funeral details for Mr. Shedd, who was 90 when he passed.
