Birmingham Water Works Fails. Montgomery?

 The Birmingham Water Works received the lowest score among 19 utilities in the Southeast in the latest customer satisfaction survey by J.D. Power.

During my years as a customer....the 1970s- 1990s...I found them to be the worst of the utilities I dealt with there. Nonetheless they get an A- Better Business Bureau rating.

And Montgomery...is worse. Their BBB rating? C-
