Big Parade returns to Montgomery today:
"The celebration is being presented by Mayor Steven L. Reed and the city of Montgomery, and the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, which estimates there are 377,310 veterans living in the state.
The parade will march down Dexter Avenue in downtown Montgomery from 9 to 11 a.m. with Sandra Lucas, assistant commissioner of outreach and engagement for the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, as grand marshal."
