Will Tuberville correct his lies?

 

U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R, Alabama) strongly suggested that Democrats won swing state Senate races through voter fraud, falsely hinting the candidates received more votes than Donald Trump.

“We need to get this straight – voter ID,” he said. “You know, Kamala Harris won every state that was no voter ID. She did not win one that wasn’t voter ID. So think about that.”

USA Today fact checked the claim, which had been circulating on social media, and found it false.

“Vice President Kamala Harris won numerous states with voter ID requirements. President-elect Donald Trump also won states that do not require most voters to provide identification,” the fact check found.
