Having been proclaimed a "Judge For Life", I'll be in Birmingham Saturday for the annual Do Dah Day parade, despite my somewhat slim media credentials these days. (-: Please so come by and say hi!
You know the routine...heck this is the 30th Annual Do Dah Day...There are some events Friday evening, then the parade starts at 11:01 am on Saturday on Highland Avenue near Rushton Park and works its way back toward the reviewing stand at Rhodes Park and then to the main location at Cald

well Park.... Delbert McClinton is the musical headliner, but the animals are the real stars. Dog and cats and turtles and horses an snakes and...did I see a camel one year? Anyway, it's all a fundraiser for the Greater Birmingham Humane Society and The Friends of Dogs and Cats Foundation.
