Indian Gaming in Alabama: Up 62% in 2011

     At the same time the state of Alabama was raiding places like Whitehall and Greentrack and Victoryland, and at the same time the feds were spending tens of millions of your tax dollars to prosecute supposed electronic bingo vote buyers and sellers, the Porch Creek Indians were growing their businesses. 
     The Press-Register has done the math on a recently released report on gambling in the U.S., and reports The Porch Creek saw the biggest increase of any Indian Tribe: 62%.
