Ousted Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore will likely regain that position in November after he won a very close Primary Race on Tuesday.
Moore won just over 50% of the vote, giving him a Primary win and propelling him to November when he will face perennial candidate Harry Lyon.
Moore's election is a vindication by voters of the Alabama Court of The Judiciary, which ousted Moore in 2003 for his refusal to remove his 10 Commandments Monument from the rotunda of the Alabama Supreme Court Building.
No one is safe! head for the hills!
