Raw Tuna Danger in Alabama

     Two cases of illness have been reported in Alabama as a result of eating raw yellow fin tuna, according to the FDA.
     I have NO interest in eating raw meats or fish, so I'm safe. But here's the FDA News Release explaining the source of the fish,  the symptoms etc. They write about the specific product causing the trouble:

Nakaochi Scrape is tuna backmeat, which is specifically scraped off from the bones, and looks like a ground product.

Oh Yum!
Canned tuna fish is one of my favorite foods..,but that kind of tuna  IS cooked.
